Felice Dee ships to all 50 states. 

Orders usually take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped.

For a limited time, enjoy free standard shipping in the USA on orders over $75. Offer valid on all purchases over $75 or more (pre-tax). Offer can be combined with other promotions. Once an order is processed and shipped, please expect 2-7 days to receive item(s).

A flat $8 shipping fee will be applied for UPS Ground shipping on orders under $75.

All orders ship standard unless otherwise specified. For expedited service in the USA choose UPS 2nd Day Air® or UPS Next Day Air®. Standard expedited shipping charges will apply. Please remember that there is no weekend pickup or delivery for either of these shipping methods.

Felice Dee also ships to many international destinations. Standard international UPS shipping rates will apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace or return your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition. Simply use the enclosed return label; an $8.00 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. Please follow the guidelines below.

• Products must be returned in saleable condition (unworn, undamaged, with tags)
• Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase (or by January 15th for holiday gift purchases made after November 1st).
• If you have received a damaged item, please notify us within 3 business days upon receiving the package. Use the enclosed return label and send it back on us.
• Requests for adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 7 days of purchase.
• Please note that special orders are FINAL sale only - no exchanges or refunds.
